Maxwell Frempong, Chief Executive Officer of Frempong I & II
Mr. Frempong is a dedicated leader who brings meticulous attention to detail, unwavering commitment, a strong work ethic, and a wealth of diverse experiences to every client and project. His Chicago-based general contracting firm has successfully undertaken a wide range of construction and building projects.
Frempong's passion for construction and building emerged early on, as he pursued carpentry during high school. He later earned a BS in Psychology and a MSW. While initially working as a counselor, his enthusiasm for construction and real estate continued to blossom. Through diligent study of the real estate market, prudent financial management, and strategic property investments, he began to build a notable real estate portfolio.
The Visionary
With a keen focus on economically challenged areas in the Chicago region, Frempong rapidly expanded his property holdings. He immersed himself in various facets of real estate development, rehabilitation, and project management. His success in real estate acquisitions and project management led to numerous opportunities to engage in rehabilitation partnerships.
In 2008 and 2010, Frempong obtained his general contractor license and established Frempong I & II, respectively, marking the beginning of his journey as a visionary in the construction industry.
